I might have caught it anyway, but because you posted, I had enough time last week to reach the factory and confirm the origin of the guitar to make sure it was mine. It's a fantastic thing to get this guitar back. Thanks for helping!

The warranty clearly says original purchaser, since Pot Stirrer is the original purchaser she can enforce the warranty according to its terms. I don't see any expections. Now, there may be some exeptions under the Uniform Commercial Code, but the contract says what it says.

Y'know, where the old dog, young dog, and the cat are missed during the move ane years later turn up at the new place.....only with pottie's ( ;) ) guitar!

So all it needs is a trip to Alaska and it's pretty much covered the US - starting out in the factory in Connecticut, originally sold to me in Minnesota, I dragged it to Colorado, and from there it made it to Hawaii and back to California. I've had more than a few friends tease me that at least the guitar has had a vacation in the past 10 years when I have not. I wish it would have taken me with it. :) By all indications - it seems it hasn't been played. So it fits right in with rest of my family (with the exception of my son - he rocks!) - the 12 is just another lazy bum waiting for me to rescue it. :)
