Location: wisconsin rapids, wi | I recently purchased an Ultra GS with an After-Market Kahler tremolo and it appears to be broke and unrepairable. I am wondering if there is any way to install a fixed bridge on this guitar. Unfortunately there is no access panel on the back of the guitar so I may be out of luck. Any suggestions? |

Location: Boise, Idaho | Sorry to hear that. I saw it and asked the seller a question, but he never posted it on ebay. Surprise. The Kahler company is back in business, but the bridges are way too pricey for that guitar. Check ebay for other caller bridges and the link to Solidbodies (Miles site) on this board for info on bridges. I have a friend with an Ultra GS with a bad neck, but a good tremelo bridge. Maybe you 2 could put one guitar together, although he's still waiting to see if Miles has a replacement neck. |
