Location: Michigan | ????? I have a question to all OFC members ?????
I am thinking about bidding on a guitar that is currently on E-Bay. I see that it already has a bid on it from one of our OFC members.I would like to bid on it but what is your general thought on bidding against a OFC member. I won an auction last year on a guitar that an OFC member
( which I did not know that at the time )
had bid on and I was told by members that it was cool , but I felt a little awkward after winning it.I read on one of the threads back then about a few members had bid on the same guitar and said that they would not hold back if they wanted the guitar and that there will be no hard feelings about it .
???????????WHAT DO YOU THINK????????????????
FUGOT : I would really like to hear from you on this one.

Location: south east Michigan | After stewing on it a while I've come to think that you want the guitar, bid on the guitar. Bid as much as it is worth to you. Bid early... bid late... whatever suits your style. Let the best man win.
E-bay is an auction open to everyone on the planet with a computer. At the last instant anyone can swoop in and take it. You can't play "dibs". |

Location: Phoenix AZ | It's a free world. If you want the guitar, bid on it. If the other OFC member wants it more than you do, then he'll bid more than you. I've been outbid on stuff by other OFC members and although I might be disappointed about, I hold no grudges. If I wanted it bad enough to be pissed off, then I should only be pissed at myself for not bidding more. Dave |
