Haven't been keeping up with the board too much lately. Just been busy, travelling a lot with work, family stuff, and ran out of pithy things to post.
Been playing my new Takamine as my main 6 string, afraid the Legend is now the back-up guitar. Just like the tone and the Cool Tube when plugged in with the band.
Sold my Pacemaker, just didn't play it and hope the new owner plays it as it should be.
Enjoying my Hamer Monaco Elite when we feature an electric guitar in the band. This was a great purchase!!
My Viper bass is the workhorse as I play bass in half of our band repertoire. And I get better at it all the time...
Our little band from Texas, Kid On A Pony, is going into the studio today, we're working on getting an original instrumental song down that the Star Telegram is going to use for a slide show on their web site. We hope to get 4 original songs in the can for an EP and Internet downloading. First time in a real studio for me! Let y'all know how it goes...
Other than that hope to get an LX 12 string one of these days and a deeper bowl Legend or Elite one of these days (long range goals, have to spread out the expenditures to placate the better half) and am in the market for a Trekker as I'm on the road with my day job almost half the time these days. My local shop can order one for me, so may go that route.
