I just started playing with a new partner who was primarily an electric player before joining up with me. He had an old Yamaha acoustic that was not really good enough to play out with, so after playing my Ovations, he decided to buy one. He was not really in a position to drop a lot of money on a guitar right now, so he picked up a Celebrity. I must say that I'm quite impressed with it for a $300.00 guitar. He brought it out on our first gig and it got the job done very nicely. Here's a few pics.

Man JB, that 6751 is just beautiful. How does she play?

I think it's a 'he.' The male pattern baldness is supposed to be the give-away.

I believe it's a 6756. At first I thought he stole mine, but I swapped my gold buttons for pearloids. It plays fantastic.

I agree. I find myself looking for more "12 string" type songs to play.

You got a way to go to catch up, junior. I can do my own back lighting now...a nice halo.

What is it about going bald that makes us all grow the same damn beard though?

I shaved mine off last week and my 8 month old daughter just couldn't handle it. She would just stare at me and touch my face where the beard was. I'm growing it back.

I shaved off my beard a few years ago and was told by family and friends to grow it back as it covered "a whole lotta ugly"...
