Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho | Looking at a 6751 12 string Ovation made in 2001. I owned a Martin D12-28 before. Any thoughts on the Ovation in comparison?

Concert pitch the whole life span and they'll stay in tune. I have a newr 12 with the Contour bowl. I've had Pacemakers and a Custom Legend 12.
All wonderfull sounding and reliable as anything you'll ever find. |

Location: SoCal | Can't compare the 6751 or the D12 but I had a D-18 for nine years until I stumbled on a 1658 Custom Legend slothead...bought it new and I have never been interested in a Martin since.
I don't think they even had a Martin 12-string at NAMM.
Granted, I have the 6759, 1659, and two 1658 Custom Legends but I also have an early shiny bowl and a GC. Neck, playability, voice - can't ask for anything else. |
