Location: jacksonville, fl | Just bought a standard balladeer model 1761 deep bowl to keep my elite standard model 6868 company.
this thing is ten years old but looks new in chery cherryburst. It's interesting to hear the differnce between deep and shallow, x-brace and quintad brace and conventional sound hole to multiple sound hole..they both have their charm.
when I grow up I'd like to also own an adamas and an elite 1537 to see what all the fuss is about.

Location: NW NJ | I have gotten quite an appreciation for older, well maintained O's. New ones are nice, but the old ones have opened up and sound amazing ... congratulations! |

Location: Flushing, MI | I agree 100%. My 1980 Legend is quite beat up, and the action is a bit high, but sounds amazing. I paid $300 for it on ebay, and it eats $2000 Martins for breakfast. |
