Graphite sounds interesting. I'm pretty fond of the Dunlop Ultex picks--the one with the rhinos on them. They really have a great feel to me.

Someone awhile ago (can't rember if it was Miles or Witko) sent me one of those thick, purple "Adamas" graphite picks
. . . it's . . . "different".
For me, it's more of a "collectible" than anything as I don't play with a pick that hard. It's got a place of honor on the guitar pick mobile hanging in my music room . . .

Used one once... sounded interesting. But I stick with Dunlop Tortex mediums (my favorite).

cheers,

I love those Graphite picks. When I use them I hold them vertical to the strings... Some technique someone told me about a long time ago.

I use them I like them but keep returning to fender extra heavy and heavy. old habits die hard.

For my O, I've been using those Ovation picks, but for my fender I use Tortex .50mm Dunlops.
