I have to think that people who have been members for twice as long but have half the posts must have something better to do with their lives. Then there's people like Waskel, who have been members for just a little longer, but have way more posts. I suppose it may be an occupational hazard that I feel compelled to say something even if I don't know what I'm talking about.

Once you made a new post it reverted back to the previous (correct) total. If you have not posted in the past few months your total is 0 even though you may have posted thousands of times prior to then. The total that is reflected in the footer of any post on the message board is accurate, only the directory is corrupted. For example look up member #51. Directory says he has 0 posts. But do a search on his posts and he actually has more than 50. So don't go making assumptions on the totals in the directory because 0 posts does not mean really 0 posts. Dave

I've checked others so that's accurate. I think the "directory" may indeed be off, if that's where you are looking. Still a whole bunch 'o people. FYI... if you search on that member, and look at his posts, you will see the post count there is also correct. Interesting.. But again.. still a whole bunch'o O people.

List members by member number. You'll see that the vast majority have no posts listed. For example scroll to tommcatt (I think on page 3). Member number 51. Post total is blank. But his real post count number is 52 (as you saw on the admin panel). Once he posts again the directly will show 53, instead of blank. It's a strange quirk that happened about 2 months ago. I first noticed it because Standingovation count was 5000 (I know that for a fact) but all of a sudden the directory showed zero (actually blank, but it means the same thing). SO made one more post and boom, his directory listing was back to 5001. Most of the "heavy hitters" posted so often that they never noticed that the directory temporarily went to zero. Dave
