I want a Mr. Big!

Good use of subliminal coat lettering Waskel!

"Old Navy" would work as well!

Mr. Big had already been to AK... he chose to stay in the cabin where it was warmer.
He came out briefly on the trip back, we had just come out of the Inside Passage.

Here's some mountains for you (and the Hubbard glacier), you deprived little flat islander.

Coincidentally, Jeff would also turn that color if we squeezed all the oxygen out of him.

Years ago "the world's largest dairy store" Stew Leonards in Norwalk, CT had a board where customers would put photos showing someone with a Stew Leonards shopping bag in places all over the world.

This could be the start of something .....

If you like glaciers, I put a short video of Hubbard shedding a little weight here on the ning site. It was pretty stonking to see in person and up close. Well, 1/2 mile away, which is close enough for me.

Maryanne & I are taking a similar cruise in June...Vancouver to Whittier. Is a travel guitar an impractical consideration? Would I just not want to bother with it on a vacation like this?

Since we sailed from Vancouver as well, we drove up the day before. I took my 1547 (less sensitive to temperature). It was great sitting and playing out on the balcony while the mountains floated by. I considered playing in one of the public spaces with my case open, but didn't want to antagonize all the working musicians on the ship.

I've done that. People have actually paid me to case my guitar back up.....

Waskel, I'm guessing that the way you saved for this trips was in not wasting money on haircuts?

Actually, we had a "Who's Got Talent" competition on our 7-day Inland Passage cruise (no, I didn't). There were folks jammin' all times of the day. There was the professional entertainment, too. Great trip!
There was a kid doin' a cover of Funk 49. Pretty freakin' hot.
