UNFORTUNATELY he was playing a Taylor and NOT an OVATION what a missed opportunity for Ovation is all I can think. Did Neil now swtich to Taylor? I never remember him with any other guitar than an ovation

Or..better yet...Ovation should've given David Blaine one to play while he's standing up on that stupid pole over here in NYC...and then see who survives the fall!!

Like a lot of people, he may have made the jump to Taylor. For better or for worse. But he hasn't played Ovations for a long time.

He had one in the beginning and went back to it around the time of the Jazz singer. What's wrong with NASCAR?? that would be great advertisement. Of course getting a meaningful endorsement would be tricky, not to mention the $$$$$$$ it would cost. Then again, lots of manufacturers have done that. Maybe KMC needs to go after something that's not been done before? A fresh approach?

If they each gave us a car or van wrapped with the Ovation logo and all we had to do was drive it around.....

As one who tried to knock down a few walls in his youth (midgets and stocks), and still follows most forms of the sport' I do have a problem with them calling carbureted rear wheel drive cars "stock". Nashville Speedway does give away Gibsons (can I use that word here?) away as "Trophies" for some events. Once again, no offense intended - the "passion" and knowledge of this list helped me decide my purchase of one (and yes, can see already that one is not enough..)
