Location: Zion, Illinois | I get to combine three projects. 1) Play with digital camera. 2) Take photos of my "Family" in case of fire or theft. 3) Move photos offsite in case of fire.
So, I moved the pictures to my home page. I thought I'ld share them with you.
My Family Album
I know my collection isn't as impressive as some of the collectors here, but hey they're family.
Enjoy

They are very impressive (well, except for the Gibson J200 -- never played one I cared for). Be happy and proud! |

Sorry about that Gibson sneaking in there (hehe). I should have showed a close up of the bridge. I had it "ramped" so that the strings would break at an angle, very Ovation like (without the sound). I didn't know much about guitars back then, bought it for its looks and name. Kept it because I didn't have the money for another and when I did, I had lost interest. I really want to get rid of it, but my wife won't let be because I've owned it most of my adult life.
I've just recently taken up guitar again. I bought all my Ovations in the past 2 years, except that GC 12-string that I bought in '74. Now that's a sweet guitar. That Elite 1537 is my pride and joy (and for $549 complete, it really was a steal). Now my son whats to learn guitar. He's practicing daily on my UK-II. Good for him.
Again thanks for looking. I'm going to see if I can take better pictures. That web site was just hacked together in a few minutes by me.
I did a little bit more work on my webpage, looks a little better now

Location: Pensacola,FL | Bradley, nice looking collection. Just out of curiosity, do you have any "photo" software on your computer? Viewing your pics here on mine they look a little dark. When I use my digital camera (Sony Mavica) I find that usually I have to run the pics through my "Photo software" (in my case Correl Photo House)and make adjustments to brightness & contrast for them to look good on a website. Just thought I'd pass along the thought

Location: Zion, Illinois | Thanks. I ran the pictures and brightened them up a bit. Let me know how it looks to you. I tend to have my monitor on bright for on-line games.

Location: SoCal | I'd be envious except I'm pretty happy with my Ovations. Al and Miles should put together an area where people can post photos of their guitars. |
