Location: Orlando, Florida | I would like to know any telephone numbers to reach Ovation directly. I noticed that the names John Budny & Kim Keller came up in a previous posting. Can I reach these people directly? Can you buy parts, tools or even guitars directly from Ovation? The Ovation website doesn't seem to give any information on how to reach them directly. I've been in contact, through e-mail, with a Tim Campbell, who was helpful on some matters, but I can't seem to find any telephone numbers to deal with them by phone. Also, does anyone have Ovation's address in New Hartford, CT.? Do they do tours of their factory as other guitar makers do? Do they sell directly to the public? We're probably going up to CT. during the summer, and I would like to see the place.
