Location: London | Hi Folks - I'm wondering if anyone can tell me where I might find replacment knobs for my 6 string semi-acoustic. I own a Glen Campbel model 1627, which had dual/concentric knobs where the neck joins the body. Unfortunately, the plastic has split, such that they no lonnger "bite" the metal shafts of the pots.
No-one here in the UK seems able to help... and Ovation customer services don't seem willing to reply to my enquiries.
Any ideas??? Thanks in advance |

Location: SoCal | I was able to contact the factory and got the knobs sent to me within a week. Can you call customer service in Connecticut? |

Location: Scotland | I got the same controls from the UK distributor without a problem, call the JHS service dept on 0113 2320082, or as you are in London call into Ivor Mairants, Rathbone Place, off Oxford St. They are a major Ovation dealer & should be able to help.
