If it's a blonde one, tell him not to worry about what year it was made, that it's not a good guitar and not worth much money, but I'll take it off his hands for a hundred bucks.

Seriously, I know the Ovation webpage has some information on this guitar, and that they were made from about 68-72. If it's a shorter scale guitar than it's earlier, and longer scale, later.

Hi Wolfin, get the sin # and post it here...the year can be determined fairly closely with that info.

Yes, Wolfin (BTW, welcome!), get your gear to moodypi. It's a well-known fact that he collects junk guitars. Hell, give him the Thunderhead for $25 and cwk2 will take care of the other $75.

Extra $50? Extra $75!!! I'm on a fixed income now, can't handle that! We're even putting regular gas in the Mercedes. Oh well, the choices we make in life. Maybe I need to get a job, this retirement is getting a little boring(10 days now)!

I'd hate to see you have to sell the Benz and buy a Yugo. Maybe you could raise some cash by selling me that extra blonde Thunderhead that you have so little regard for.

If you're bored, come on out here and keep me company while I work. I can guarantee you some excitment.

If I had a blond THead it would be yours. When the travels take us to the left coast we'll definately look you up.

While we're talking about the left coast if any of you get to Palm Springs you got to go to the Blue Guitar, a great club owned by Kal David (and his wife Lauri) Great player, great singer (both of them. Check it out, blueguitar.com

Does your wives know that you are trading blonde T-heads. I thought this was a righteous guitar site, not a swingers den of iniquity. Must be the Mercedes, none of the rest of us have this problem. When you come to your senses, please post the appropriate phone numbers.
