Location: Lafayette, Louisiana | Hello everyone. Since the topic of spruce soundboards was so interesing, I have a followup question. Do you owners of older Adamas model guitars find them to sound any better or at least different now? Being that the graphite soundboard does have a thin layer of birch wood, does it tend to get better with age. My 1687 model Adamas has sounded awesome since I got it in 1981. I must say I have noticed no difference in its sound. Great sound then, great sound now. Please give me your opinions Adamas owners. |

Location: NJ | older adamas guitars sound better but I don;t think it has to do specifially with it being older.
The woven top is always the way to go with an adamas. |
