Need some of your guys infinite wisdom, I stopped by a local mom and pop shop to look at some pa equipment and while there, I had to check out the guitars. They had a near mint 1515-4 s/n072172 that they had taken in on trade. This 12 string was very well kept. It has the slothead and deep bowl. I checked in the ref. section and found it was a 1976 model but when I looked in the price listing there was only a ref. to a 1515 Ultra which I guess was made in Korea or something.
I know its not an Ultra and would like to know what this one is worth. It has the silver metal looking tag in sound hole and like I mentioned, a slothead. The guy wants $495 for it. I don't need it but geez it sure is sweet and it never hurts to have an extra just in case. In case of what, I don't know but anyway, its got me thinkin!
Thanks for any info you can provide.

There never was a slothead 12 string model 1515. It was either a 1115, straigh acoustic, or a 1615, acoustic electric.

Was this guitar an acoustic electric?
