I finally did it. I've been meaning to pick up an Ovation for decades! I just bought a new-old-stock 1996 Elite Standard 6868 in black for 8 Franklins, case included! I'm happy with the deal. The case that came with it was an older TKL from that time period. It has the TKL sticker with the -8117 number on it. From what I gather, these cases are considered the Deluxe cases these days, and have a -9117 number. The current -8117 Standard molded cases are different. Can anyone verify this? Also, is there a site that has PDF's of old Ovation catalogs? I read about "archives" and an effort to scan them and send them to "Miles," but I do not see them on this site. Thanks!

The effort so far on the scans has been zero. And it's going to take some time, but Miles should start to receive some by the end of June (I hope).
