Hey guys, I told you the story of my old Custom Balladeer that survived many hot years in a car trunk. Now I would like to hear other stories of Ovations that have stood up to rough treatment. I know some of you have to have stories that prove how well Ovation guitar are made, and how well they can handle abuse......Paul Hebert

IN 28+ years my Medallion has been in salt-water, been left on the beach in the sun, had beer and who knows what else poured in and on it and has spent 1000's of miles in airplane baggage compartments. It has lived in Maryland, Florida, Texas, Hawaii, and Alaska, and it's had a PA system fall in it.

The only thing I have done is replace the bridge saddle bone and shims and change the strings.. many many times. It still plays great.
