Location: Las Cruces, NM | I just had a blackout revelation! Most people on this board have some of the most great sounding guitars and equipment that money can buy. Why are they setting in front of their computers swapping lies instead of making pretty music. Admit it you addicts, when the board goes down you are lost, you have to participate in this Ovation dance, or your day is incomplete. I am going to confess that I indulge in this board when I should be playing and practicing but I set here and shoot the shit, and really worry when the board goes down. I am sure I am the only person that feels this way as there is endless pleasure to be had on the web.

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | Hi,
I was caught in the blackout as well. Sorry, but I did not have any withdrawal!!!! I like hearing what everyone has to say, but I can do without if need be. Work was cancelled and I spent a nice day playing my Applause(and my Epiphone Casino---without an amp)...... |

Now we know why the Ovation electric/ACOUSTIC used to show up at those all night beach bonfire parties.
WE DON'T NEED NO STEENKING ELECTRICITY!!

Swapping lies is what cowboys do around the prairie bonfire as they strum their Ovations. By the way, do the British ever get to see or hear our cowboy poets like Baxter Black (a Las Cruces native), it is a unique form of humour and rough wisdom?
