I think I almost wet my pants...I've played the one @ Ted Brown in Tacoma (where Matt's Chop Shop was) almost every other week for the last few months, and by the Grace of God, I won this one in the last 27 seconds!
Ted wanted $1899 plus tax (another 160 bucks)...$2058 out the door! We closed this one for $740 on my doorstep...my palms are still sweating...is there an Ovation 12 step meeting in town...pray for me guys...I still have to break the news to the wife! My old boss taught me it's better to seek forgiveness than ask permission!?!
FOLKLORE DELUX!!!
That's the good news...the bad news is: I need to make some room (& promote domestic tranquility!) by letting go of a few excess items...Your prayers and support are greatly appreciated!
~Mint Ovation Mandolin~
~Ovation Ultra Bass (NOS!)~ :D
~Mint DiPalo Violin (Solid Spruce/Maple!)~ :p
~Vintage Westbrook BANJO~
All include a HSC and extra goodies, and, as always, half-price S & H to fellow OFC members!
I'll shoot another post when the new DeLux arrives here a the studio / farm...Mahalo, Y'all~
 :D :p  |

I'm the guy you beat out for $710. I need to sell of a few guitars before I can bid higher per promise to wife.
Enjoy your folklore, great guitar.

I know I've been a stranger around here as of late (well, always been strange). Wrapping up some summer projects, back to school, and hopefully will be able to stop by more often.
Just returned from Lake of The Woods, Canada. One week on a houseboat. Hard to come back to reality. Absolutely beautiful up there! Northern lights were incredible, fishing unbelievable, time with my wife...priceless.
