I say play the Hamer first, like any guitar you buy. Then I say buy it after I saw how they build them and how much pride and attention that goes into them my next Electric is going to be a Hamer. I guess I better start saving. hehe

This really should be on the Hamer Fan club!
I think they are worth every penny.
My dad and I were amazed at the Hamer factory! ;)

Us abandoned Ovation solid body owners sort of look at Hamers as all that is left of the excellent solid body guitars that Ovation once built and then threw out on the street to fend for themselves like a pregnant daughter with no lover to save her from starving to death with her child, leaving a few charitable owners to feed and clothe the abandoned Vipers, Preachers, BREADWINNERS, etc. as the cruel parent goes on to wealth and comfort, passing the abandoned solid bodies in the street with an upturned nose and a snorted "out of my way, you tramp, let Moodypi and Miles feed your sinful face."

thanks alpep, that's all I wanted to know.
lol, funny that somebody is telling me I should play the guitar first :) the only prob is that no store next to me got this guitar, the only one which is available to test is the studio custom GATC, but I don't think that this is a real comparison ;)
so stay clean, ovation rulez
