For those who didn't go on the tour, and so they don't have to read several different topics, let's post here our experiences traveling with our guitars.
I had no trouble from San Antonio to Bradley, and vice versa. They didn't even look in my case.

I have found that the best way to travel with a guitar is to have a friend at the destination that you can FAX it to. It has to be someone with a color fax or all your fancy finish work comes out black and white. Don't bother with the case, as it usually ends up with the little strap hanging out no matter how careful you are, fax a cardboard shipping box and throw it away when you fax your guitar back home.

The best way to travel with a guitar is to get the Trekker series guitars by Ovation.
There the smallest guitar I have ever played!
It also comes with a gig case!

P.S
You do not even have to take the strap off!
