There are a couple of nice looking vipers on Ebay right now that I am thinking about bidding on. One has a maple neck and the other ebony/rosewood?

For those among us that have several of these babies, which neck is generally preferred?

Thanks
Stephen

Mine is ebony ... wouldn't have it any other way.

Both!

The maple necks are long scale (25.5). At least some of the ebony necks are short scale (24.75).
