Did you go down to Guitar Trader in San Diego? They have a bunch. Heck, maybe buy an LX and then you will have to drive maybe a mile to get a 6 pack of your favorite libation to enjoy while you play it! Anyway, did you go to Guitar Trader? Nice shop. If you are going to buy an O in SoCal, talk to Steve Parr there, he's a great guy.

Couple of days ago, went to the CG in La Mesa (San Diego)- they finally got in a 6778 LX. There have been several posts over the past several months concerning the player not really hearing the multihole guitar as others hear it - never thought about it...so, maybe this is an unfair review. Played it acoustic. Compared to the 1777 LX, the 6778 Lx felt good but I wasn't impressed. Previously, I had played the 1777 LX for a couple of hours. It wasn't the strings, maybe it was the guitar, maybe the fact that it wasn't a center hole. I was impressed with the 1777 LX - to include the transparent burgundy finish.
