I know that lowering the string height on a CP100 saddle was discussed about a month ago. There was talk of shims, routing the slot, filing top or bottom. When I took my doubleneck into the shop to have it adjusted, it has the CP100 pickup saddles. They filed the top down and did not touch the inside I believe. They knew what they were doing because the radius of the saddle was maintained etc. I am glad on this I went to a pro. I would have not probably done it this way and would have probably have screwed it up.
