Did Ovation ever make a 12 string Slothead, "FOLK GUITAR" w/steel strings ???

(I stand corrected, in my original post, I refered to a Country Artist)

Until the early 80's all Ovation 12-strings were Slotheads with 12-fret body joints. The Country Artist was never available as a 12, largely because it's a nylon string.

Actually Hurricanes, Deacons, Preachers and Bluebirds were not slotheads either. Just piling on.

Paul, I think YOU wrote "all 12's except adamas were slots". You obviously didn't have a clue what you were talking about. But that's OK. I realize you and your countrymen must still be in shock over this whole "Thanksgiving" thing where the settlers start by making friends with the indians, then take all their land from them. The fathers back home in the UK see what a good gig it is and try to prevent it, so there will be plenty left for them. The settlers rebell, finally tell the fathers to shove it up their arses and they form a new nation. I can understand why you might be a little off your A-game today. Happy holiday, man. (PS - I hope others reading this know that you are I are friends! We ARE, right?) Dave

Man, what a mean post. You sound like somebody's who's home by himself on Thanksgiving. What a sad sad person.

OK, here's the rule
12 frets, slot
14 frets, flathead.
Now be nice to each other.

ps, the factory doesn't always follow the rule.
