Here is one I found on Ebay with a mistake in the year the guitar was made. The guy is pretty certian about the 60's being the year this guitar was made. Some one should set him straight. I guess the older it is the more it is worth. This is not a $650 guitar on today's market.

Are you certain? I thought Glen's uncle worked on those in the 60's and they were held in stock as being too modern, until the mid 70's.

That is news to me, so I guess I am not certain.

It was Glen's mother and she made the red lables.

I would not consider it to be in "super excellent condition".

I asked him for the serial number as it is not legible in the pic. I see a few dings and scratches and what appears to be pitting in the tuners. I checked out his other items for bid and by the looks of it he is retiring and wants to auction off these items. I would think that he is not too eBay savvy by his setting so High an initial bid requirement on this guitar. Overall I think it looks pretty good but he should have started around 200 and see what developes or put a reserve on it as well. Not too smart to present the instrument without strings...makes we start worrying about the neck, or am I just paranoid?

Ugly Lemmon, you have a good point to worry about there.
