I just tried to make reservations at the hotel for factory tour. And the girl on the phone never heard of the Ovation fan club, (she will by June 18th.) Anyways is there another name I should be using.

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest | It is under Ovation Fan Club, not Kaman Music as I reserved the block. She must not have read the memo. The Salesperson assured me that the front desk knew, and I believe at least one other person already made reservations getting the Ovation Fan Club rate. Give another call, and have them check with the sales person. |
