Location: Kerrville, TX | I just recieved my Adamas 1885-5 12 string back from Kim Keller at Ovation. The top had seperated from bowl and scalloping had started to appear...bad! The neck epoxy glue had come apart, I thought she was a "goner" ! So much for buying back my guitar from someone who gigged her hard. Well good news is... she's perfect again, actually better than new!!! They set the action so good. I've never played a 12 string that's this fast... absolutely no fret buzz anywhere on the neck. My Taylor will probably set from a while now. And the greatest thing about the repairs was the cost....only $250 to bring this beauty back to life from the dead!!! My highest Praise to the guys at Ovation...truely "craftsman" in a world that seems to be loosing that fine art! Thanks guys you are appreciated beyond words! |

Congrats on your "reborn" baby. Now go and play her like she was meant to be played! |
