Location: Upper Left USA | I just got one of many questions concerning the Adamas I have for sale. Here it is:
"What is special about adamis ovation? bobby"
Would anyone care to answer this one? |

Location: Canton (Detroit), MI | Mike, here's my answer:
"Adamas is Ovation's finest line of guitars. The top is made of a carbon fiber/birch/carbon-fiber sandwich, which insures a nice repeatable even tone, as compared to the variance one can expect from wood-top guitars.
Adamas guitars are made in limited production in the United States (New Hartford, CT), and receive the finest materials in their construction, ebony fingerboards and bridges, as well as gold-plated tuners. They are made to be a premium instrument."
I sell on eBay myself, that is how I would answer it.....

"They're made from the finest leaf available, aged in covered, open air drying barns. Then, they're meticulously cut and bundled by highly skilled artisans, each of whom have decades of experience. The bundles then pass under the discerning eyes of the overseer who weeds out any inferior assemblages (for sale to our competition!). Finally, the bundles are rolled by hand on the naked thighs of native virgins before being placed in hand built, dovetail jointed cedar boxes for delivery to your tobacconist.
Er, wait, you were asking about the guitar, weren't you? Well, it's the same sort of thing, but a guitar. Except for being hand rolled on the naked thighs of native virgins. Bit cold in New Hartford for that sort of thing."
Then again, maybe that's not the best approach. ; |

Location: Upper Left USA | My real response was more in line with Roger's. I may have shown more of my Ovation Bigotry as well though.
Thought you guys might enjoy it! |
