Location: Boise, Idaho | As a lawyer who has defended a few similar claims, I take no offense to Steve's ambulance chasing comment, but note that some of us are on the other side. We've defended mouse claims, spider claims, bone claims, blood claims and probably a bunch of others. I have trouble believing that the manufacturer knew that an employee lost part of a finger and went ahead and sent the product out. These claims just make us all pay more for food and insurance. |
