The Al Di Meola Signature Model has a OP-Pro Preamp with lead boost, just a little button you press which kicks up the level.

Can this little button be added on to a standard Op-Pro (non Al DiMeola) with out major surgery? Anyone know the details of this lead boost circuit?

Brian,
That's a question for a dealer adn the guys at Ovation. My guess is that they will do anything for a price, as to what that price would be that would be up to the dealer.my recomendation is to get Al to check it out for you to see if it's do-able and then price it to see if you want to proceed.or Email cistomer service at Ovation and see what kind of reply they can give you.
Good luck and let us know what you find out.
