Looking for a good acoustic intructional DVD on left hand runs. Any suggesstions?

EDIT. That is to say runs along the fretboard.

I don't know of any DVDs - but if you really want to learn how to play at a million miles an hour the book "Al di Meola's guide to chords, scales and arpeggios" is the best book ever written on the subject.
I still use it most days.

Be warned - when he says in the intro that you need to warm up for 40-60 minutes BEFORE you start practising, he ain't kidding.
