I was wondering, does a solidbody guitar least affected by temp. extremes than a hollowbody? I would say yes knowing however a wooden solidbody would naturally be affected too. But to what extreme?

Reason being...........was wondering if I transport my Viper in the car and have to leave it would it be okay or should it be treated like a hollowbody?

Feedback welcomed. :D

It wouldn't be too bad if it was in an air conditioned car that was parked in a parking garage or similar structure, but never leave one in a car that is parked in direct sun. It will do harm to the finish, also effects the neck too as it is the smallest part of the guitar. ;)
