Location: SW Washington | I just bought a 2003 Limited Edition Ovation. What is the difference between a 'limited edition' and 'collector's edition'. This Ovation has an archtop. Has that been a problem in Ovations? There doesn't seem to be too many of them. Also, is there an Ovation guitar review site where I can find good and bad points of various Ovation models?

I didn't think they made archtops. |

This is a pretty good site for the various models. |

Location: Phoenix AZ | I have seen one in GC. Nice looking Celeb. They call it an Archtop, but by most peoples definition an Archtop guitar si something completely different. I would say the limited is more like an intentionally bellied not-quite flattop. Nice for the money. Dave |

Location: Tennessee | Llamajohn, your likely to get a lot of attention around these parts. Be wary of offers to have you visit Joisey. Ovation's asian operations have built some very fine guitars over the years. Your LE is the asian entry into the annual collectors guitar market. They have made archtops a number of times on their LEs. It's what StandingO says. Nice guitar. Although 777's archtop is pretty sweet, too. |

It's a real nice guitar. |
