Appears to be a good example of an outstanding 12-string. No idea of the reserve. Depending on the reserve, if it goes too low, may adopt.

Looks pretty good, Keep roundin em up Tony I'll get one of them...,

someday soon....

right now I've got my sights on Mwoody's 1598, tho if I could find a nice CL 12 at a somewhat lower altitude than his generous offer might have to consider it as an alternate... over halfway there now,

any deep bowl cl 12 is on my short list,

Good Luck,

Thought you were gonna nail the stereo slothead last week, that was very nice as well,

God Bless,

Glenn

The one Tony mentions looks like it might be a really good buy. A similar guitar showed up on eBay today for not too much different an expected price with the bonus of several physical and cosmetic issues.

hoping that the members here could help me find one in the 6-800 range, the multiple issues along with the top separation on the 595 bin guitar....well i think uh uh. this one has made the rounds on the bay a couple of times.

Thanks,

God Bless,

Glenn

from the seller of the 1759:

"Hi Tony, The guitar is in excellent condition, and there are no chips, scratches or cracks in the finish or wood, and the op-24 is OK. The guitar looks new."

Just curious as to ebay mindset. I would never bid on a item from someone with only 3 feedbacks. How do you know what is up with the seller. I bid on a doubleneck Yairi with little or no feed back, bought it for big bucks, and decided to drive 6 hours to pick it up. It was beat to hell and I walked away. Lessoned learned.

I look at 2 things when buying on ebay now.

How many feedbacks (must be a least over 50 and almost perfect) and recent...so that I can look what is being bought and sold. If they have a bunch of nickel and dime stuff and then suddenly a big ticket item, I walk away.

and I always ask a question or ask for a photo from a specific angle so that I know they really have the item in their possession.

I have bought things from people with little or no feedback, and from people with thousands. I have had no issues up to this point. I try to establish a rapport with the seller via email and/or phone ... and can generally sense when to walk away. The absolute best guitar deal I got on eBay, in the most accurately described shape, in the most fluid transaction, was a seller with 1 feedback. Great person, just not a lot of need to use eBay.

But I definitely stay away from sellers who have multiple negative feedbacks in excess of what should be "normal" for the number of feedbacks they have. In other words, do enough business on eBay and some idiot will leave you a negative.
