Location: big island | tommy's mom had yellow fever when she was pregnant with him. he was born with yellow fever. it affected his hearing to the point where he cannot hear certain frequencies. in the woodsongs interview clip that tim chapman posted last week, tommy wore the cans in order to be able to hear the emcee speaking. he explained about his hearing troubles on that segment. |

| I sure hope I get a chance to see this guy live someday. What a wonderful musician I wish I had his example to chase after, years ago, back when I was happy with being as good as Neil Young. Nothing wrong with Neil he's great actually but Tommy takes acoustic musicianship to a whole new level.
I had never heard of him until someone posted a Youtube from him last year. Amazed then...... amazed now.
Randy
By the way I just posted a great song and a great shot of an Adamas 1 in action. seckiddoutbaby! |
