Location: Upper Left USA | Got the Folklore off of Ebay today. It had nylon strings, a sunken belly and a "Tree of Life" set of finish cracks. It has seen some temperature extremes in a short time.
Decided to install a Fishman pickup and preamp sysstem also garnished from Ebay. Worked the neck, made adjustments, oiled, cleaned and played loud music, etc.

I am planning on doing a few more things to the CB - I installed the OpPro successfully but ended up absolutely butchering the bridge with a wayward dremel. I think I'm just going to end up refinishing it and putting a new bridge on it. |

Location: Upper Left USA | Sound is as big as your Folklore Jason. Good/Bad is that the sunken top allows for a higher saddle and more volume. Also, there is a 12-14 fret bump which limits the action setting.
Right now it is a strong player with decent action. The preamp has a tuner and 3 Eq levels. There is a Qtr and XLR output. The piezo is a Fishman coaxial thingy that is flexible which allowed me to fill up the slot.
This one is intended for a friend of mine - Steve - that has a budget and a Band.
Acoustic Reflections may be playing a Wedding in your home town! ;)
Crim - take a look at the bridge in another thread where they routed and filled with Walnut then cut a new slot. |

Location: Marlton, NJ | Mike - looks like I am going to be taking a bridge off of Roundback's hands. The question that we both had was how to remove a bridge from a top without inflicting any damage. |

No, that was epaulets.
MWoody--"Tree of Life" set of finish cracks.-- And I'm sniveling about a little crack on mine.
