Location: Latitude 39.56819, Longitude -105.080066 | At $1679 and $1959 retail, I thought these were a joke but the prices have steadily dropped. I picked up a new one for $850 and thought for that price it was a very nice deal.
Maybe not an every night out gigging bass (or maybe so) but certainly a terrific recording bass. I liked the feel of the neck (similar to a Fender Jazz) and the sounds weren't overly cheesy....some of them even sound quite good.
Well, I guess Line 6 might be coming out with a new model because they are BLOWING OUT the 4 and 5 STRING BASSES for the same low price!!
Most of the online stores are selling these for $499 and for that price.....if you have ever wanted to have a bass around the house or wanted to try one or record with one....NOW IS THE TIME TO GRAB ONE OF THESE BABIES!
I have the 4 string version and I am tempted to grab one of the 5 string versions (my 6 string bass is traditional...if you can call a 6-string traditional) :D
Anyway....here is one of the links but like I said, they are appearing at most of the sites for $499 and a few stores are already sold out of them.
