Location: Parrish, FL | Ebay has a 1122 listed. No info on the 'O' site. Serial number places it between 70-72.
I can tell that it's a nylon string 12 fret slothead from the pics.
Any info on the bracing? Sound? Neck width?

Location: Phoenix AZ | 1122 is a Classic Balladeer w/ Artist depth bowl. Neck width is 2". 'A' grade sitka spruce top and VT-10 bracing. Ebony fingerboard and walnut bridge.
There is also an Artist Classic model 1123 which is exactly the same guitar except that it has 'AA' grade top and different tuners.

Location: Parrish, FL | Does the Artist bowl provide enough punch? Dave, Bill, have you played one? Discussion of bracing have been pretty harsh on the VT era. Is it a 'decent classical' guitar or were too many compromises made in the creation of this beastie?
I'm looking for an inexpensive nylon to play around with, nothing fancy.

Location: Phoenix AZ | It'll probably sound something like an old country artist, just with a shorter and wider neck. Put some high tension strings on it and it'll be something to "play around with", as you say.
