Location: Flushing, MI | Well I agree that Garcia isn't even in the same class as Grisman, or Rice - and I'm sure he'd be the first to admit that if he was still with us.
Garcia's playing in this context doesn't irk me in the least. I think he does quite well really - just not in the same league as the other two. Obviously they don't seem to have a problem with him (Jerry probably paid for the studio time).
I'd much rather hear Jerry play with these guys than with his USUAL band! :rolleyes: |
