The colour is hard to tell from faded picture. I think I see a hue of blue in there, but I don't know if the brown ones were slightly blueish. | ||

All I know is that the photo is from an AM photo session in LA. As to what year, I don't know. I can only guess it was late in his second career in the music business. As to the color, I think you are right. This is very likely brown. Here is reference shot of another (brown) Adamas (non-slothead, though), which matches up quite nicely: | ||
