Geez seemed kind of heavy to be an empty case. And what do you know BOOM there she is, the 2018 Glen Campbell all pristine safe and snug in her case still waiting for a new home. Fantastic and nostalgic instrument but since I already thought it was gone some time ago I no longer have any emotional attachment, Sooooo .... Throw me $750. plus you pay the shipping (USA ONLY) and we've got a deal. Email or PM me Edited by Standingovation 2021-11-04 8:21 PM

I'm always a sucker for a good deal, but no price was mentioned in the offing, and so, yes, I am curious about that particular aspect? You can just send me a PM on it, if you are so inclined, but no biggie if you don't. The shipping fees alone would probably kill me dead, and after that there are still federal and provincial sales taxes to pay here also on everything you buy, which all adds up to a whopping 47%!! Unfortunately, for me, and every person over age 65 in CANADA!?, as of yesterday, I just lost part of my old age security/ pension here, due a to stupid mix up with u know what benefits; so buying any or all new/used guitars is off the table, at least for now, or until I/we/ the fedral government figures this mess out. Only in CANADA, eh? Pity, for sure. Too bad, so sad. I bought my 1993 Collector's Series Ovation on my local KIJIJI network, (a site similar to Craiglist), and just paid cash to the seller for it, at the time. There are one or two Ovation guitars I've seen there still, that are really good deals, but I can't even touch them with a fork now, either. I'll just keep playing the one I've got. Thanks again for the kind offer. Mike S. Ottawa, ON., CANADA Edited by Mike S. 2021-11-06 11:01 AM

Excellent communication, and the guitar arrived very well packed and in brand new condition as advertised. New clean case, too. Secondly, a personal review as written below for anyone interested-- Sentiment-- The whole reason I bought it. The very last vestige out the door of our beloved USA Mothership, as well as to now own both the first and the last of Glen Campbell’s USA signature models. Now all I have to do is fill in the signature models between. Whatcha got to part with?? (on a roll now.. oh the GAS of it all!) Sound-- Brassy highs and baritone lows with EJ-16s onboard. Intonation is dead-nuts accurate across the 12th and farther north, with a few super-highs no more than 2 cents off. Definitely one this guitar’s gleaming positives. Playability-- I’m a bare-finger picker and thumb-strummer, and actually work to “tune” the calluses on my hands. The action is ideal for that style and comfort. Weight is very light. Construction-- It’s a USA Ovation Custom Shop. That’s all that needs saying on that. Materials-- A story (of course). There is a desk near where guitars hang on the wall, and my wife sits at that desk when she reads. She said, “I coughed out loud and that new Glen Campbell guitar immediately started humming at me! The other guitars don’t do that, so is it a good or a bad thing?” I replied, “Good thing. Very good thing.” Seems I’m going to really dig this torrified top. Ultra sensitive enough to capture a room cough. Great for humidity fluctuation, too. Also love the old school V/T stacked knobs. Essential control. I’ll let amp features and pedals do the other tweaking. Appearance-- If it was a woman I’d marry it (but don’t tell anybody). Photos and description above spell the story on that. Definitely a satisfied customer! Thanks, Dave!
