25 years after getting my last O (breadwinner)
I got last monday a Tornado Storm sunburst 1231-1
serial is surprisingly short : h-637....
In good shape asen't benn played much almost no marks on the frets.. original 100% even the case.
The finish is craked probably because of temperature change. But the wood is ok.
It plays real great realy mellow.
anyway just tought you might want to know... |

Looks to me that it would be production from 1970-1973.
I have # 1222 which would be between 11/67-4/68 |

My son is better than me for That..... to old ??
Maybe this evening. or later tomorow.
The tornado is hard to keep in tune, the strings are new, but as soon as i bend it goes out of tune,
Maybe the keys (tuners)are to old or i don't know.. |
