Location: northern Georgia | Beautiful. I have been a Hot Tuna fan since the early 70s, especially the acoustic stuff; this is wonderful even by himself and without Jack on bass. The Ovation sounds fine using its pickup. Also note the early Adamas on a stand to the right at the beginning of the song. I do recall that the Ovation Tribute site had some docs showing Jorma as an endorser back in the mid 70s, but I had not seen him previously playing one live. Note, while this is fingerpicking blues, he is playing on a standard neck width (not wide neck Folklore) instrument, and he uses his left thumb for damping and fretting notes. |

Location: Indiana | Clint Is an amazing and clean player. Freddy was a friend we lost a few years back after a long and cruel fight with Parkinson's. Freddy was an avid Ovation player and was directly responsible for the Austin City clips with friends like Merle and Wille playing Ovations. |

| Very nice playing indeed. I think I have to enter the Jorma world - don't know anything about him and his music. |

Location: undisclosed | I could never get past the bad posture and flailing elbows. That is why Bob and Jerry made primetime despite the dilated eyes. Sit up straight kids!
