| Hi,
Could someone here please tell me what my Ovation Viper Guitar is worth and what model/full name it has? It says "E 9198" on the back, it's yellow and white and looks like the model 1271 from the 70's on the Ovation homepage.
I've searched the web for information, but all I find are Japanese homepages, it's like it never existed! So it might be rare, who knows.

Thanks. |

Location: 6 String Ranch | Not that rare, just a normal production Viper from the original issue. Not a ton made but a bunch. Look in the gallery, there's quite a few here. |

Try the Gallery here and also take a look at:
www.ovationtribute.com
www.ovationgallery.com
and especially
www.ovationuk.co.uk
Vipers on Ebay go anywhere from $275.00 to $500.00 for the special ones (all with original case) so hang on until they are discovered!
They are "worth" much, much more though! |

E+4 Digits 1973 (Jan)-1975 (Feb) Solidbodies
So, what would be the full name of this guitar? |
