Howdy folks!

I just did a Blues demo session yesterday, and I uploaded a few to my MySpace, if you're interested. I kept "Spaghetti Western" up there though, as I've gotten a lot of good reviews for that (and I need to keep at least one Ovation track up there eh?).

Hope ya like!

Nice riffin' man! Ovation was recorded direct, I assume (from the tone)? Which one was it? Thanks for sharing.

It was a combination of direct and miked, except that it was a Celebrity shallow bowl - so there's not really much there to mic up. The durn thing sounds closer to a Dobro miked up. Not a good Dobro either!

Perhaps, but at the rate I'm going, it'll be ten years before I have enough acceptable material for a full length CD.

Actually, I'd thought about submitting "Spaghetti Western" for the OFC CD.

Thank you for the compliments folks! I really appreciate it!

Trag - nice playing! Put me on the list for the CD in 10 years :D

An OFC submission would be great though too!

Hopefully! I still haven't figured it out how yet, but I'll get there. I don't really have any decent video of me playing.

Yeah, it'll either be "Spaghetti..." or a little Trad style Blues tune on open tuned slide. An original piece. The next time I change my MySpace tunes around, I'll put that one up.

Thanks everyone!

Do a CD of covers or just jam it out. You are way too good not to have something to sell.
