| Hi there.
I recently got my hands on a 1651 Legend Ltd. Its serial number is 254717 which appears to be from 1981. It's a great sounding guitar in a very good shape for its age.
However, the original electronics has been completely stripped from the guitar. Instead it carries a Fishman soundhole amplifier, which is ok but some day I would like to restore the guitar with its original electronics. My question to the fan club: can these vintage parts still easily be found? Where can replacement parts be purchased?
Basically all original electronic parts are missing: the stereo FET preamp, the concentric tone/volume knob, the battery box and the mono and stero output jacks. The stereo piezo pickup is probably still under the bridge but the mini jacks have been cut off from it.
This is in no way an urgent project, but I would like to keep my eyes open for any of these parts surfacing on the internet.
Any tips would be highly appreciated.
Cheers,
Tom

I guess it's the one on this parts sheet: http://www.ovationtribute.com/Ovation%20Parts%20Catalog/1651%20Lege...
