Actually, at this writing he is still hanging in... but not expected to see the end of Tuesday. Apparently you can stand the man up at the gates of hell, but he won't back down. What an icon. His work will go on forever and will continue to cross many fan base boundaries.

Devastated. Thank God I got to see his next to last show at the Hollywood Bowl. It was one of the best shows I have seen there - and I have seen a bunch. He had such a great time on stage that night rockin out. He was truley one of the greatest - and at 66 - so much left to give us. Tragic.

wanna leave this world for a while...
Within my top 10. I tune my 12string guitar to open G and the low E string down to C. And then I really am free falling. Thank you Tom for this and so many other great songs.
